A winter wedding in Cambridge

There isn’t quite anything quite as romantic as getting married the weekend before Christmas and where better than in the heart of Cambridge followed by celebrations in a twinkly, rustic barn.

When the lovely Fiona and Sam enquired about their special day and told us they wanted it to be really fun, full of laughter and a bit of silliness, with as many friends and family as they could, nothing too serious, where everyone just has the best day and with lots of food, especially cheese, we just knew we were the girls for the job! It helped that they also were getting married in the breathtakingly beautiful Sidney Sussex Chapel, then off to the amazing Manor Barn in Halton for a feast surrounded by thousands of fairly lights, candles, open fires and sparklers, it couldn’t of been more magical!

Some people would be surprised knowing that December can be one of our busiest months for weddings but with so much festivity already in the air you can’t beat it! If you are thinking of hosting a beautiful winter wedding yourselves then please get in touch.
